Cabaret Serpentine is the collaboration of professional bellydance performers Laura Selenzi and Monique Ryan. Monique's tribal fusion and Laura's classical egyptian training combine with elements of world dance to create a unique and hypnotic style which has delighted audiences across Canada.

Currently bringing their respective specialties to Halifax and Toronto, commitment to a similar vision and inspiration have them working together regularly despite their geographical distance. You can find Laura and Monique teaching, performing and putting together sold-out shows and workshops on either end of the country.

SERPENTINE CIRCUS WEBSITE LAUNCH!
Monique launches her newest venture! Serpentine Circus is a group of performers in Halifax run by Monique Ryan. Shows can include tribal fusion and traditional bellydance, hula hooping, fire acts, hand balancing acrobatics, contortion, burlesque, gogo-dancers and more.

WORKSHOPS WITH ROSANNA IN HALIFAX!
Monique Ryan presents Rosanna, known for her unique interpretation of tribal fusion, incorporating elements of vintage jazz dances as well as hip-hop, while referencing traditional styles of Middle Eastern dance. Rosanna continually strives to dance outside of her own box and is an innovative performer as well as a fantastic teacher. Workshops are Flapper Fusion and Funkstyles for Bellydancers! INTERNATIONAL BELLYDANCE CONFERENCE OF CANADA
Both Laura and Monique have been accepted as Main Stage performers at the International Bellydance Conference of Canada! Having performed as a duet at the last conference, this will be a chance for them to show off their individual styles to an international audience of bellydance enthusiasts.
