Laura's instructional Bellydance DVD is finally here! Laura teaches basic bellydance moves, choreography and puts on a full performance. History, costuming and putting together full a show is also covered in this gorgeous DVD. Email laura to order! Only $25!

New Fall session at Studio in Essence! Starting September 14th Monique will be teaching on Sundays, Sundays: 1:00-2:30 Tribal Fusion Level 3, 2:30-3:15 Beginner Hula Hoop, 4:00-5:00 Tribal Fusion Beginner, 5:00-6:00 Tribal Fusion Level 2.

New Fall session at Arabesque! After a summer hiatus and taking Hadia's Level 2 Teacher Training, Laura will be back at Arabesque teaching every Thursday; Beginner 2 at 5:45 and Foundation at 7pm.

Monique and Laura perform as "Kali's Courtesans" in many of HBS's wildly popular shows in Halifax. Our acts have featured fire, Indian fusion, and a blacklight burlesque number.
